Dear Students,
Here are the details about the Prague Trip. We will travel by a Business Class bus.
Trip there:
Departure: 03.28 - 6:30 from Népliget Bus Station (Metro Line 3 / Blue)
Arrival: 13:45 in Prague
Trip home:
Departure: 03.30 - 15:00 from Prague
Arrival: 22:30 in Budapest at Népliget Bus Station (Metro Line 3 / Blue)
Accommodation: http://www.hostelhomer.com/ (2 nights)
We will probably stay in rooms of 5 but I have to arrange this with the hostel before.
Food:
Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday we will get a small breakfast at the hotel that will consist of sandwiches, coffee and tea.
Dinner: On Friday we will cook something for you in the hostel's kitchen (we are awesome chefs don't worry!). I know that some of you don't eat pork so we'll stick to chicken / beef but please if you are vegetarian/vegan let us know in advance so that we know. On Saturday we'll try to fix something with a local restaurant but if that is not possible than we'll cook in the hostel again.
Payment:
The trip costs 95€ without an ESN card and 85€ if you have an ESN card. This price covers the costs of accommodation, travel and the above mentioned food and a tour guide if we can fix one.

This bank has an office in SUGÁR Üzletközpont, Budapest next to our school and they speak English there. The easiest is if you go there and deposit the money directly because than there is no transfer cost or transfer time. You can also deposit the money in HUF and in that case the bank will convert the HUF into Euro.
IF YOU TRANSFER THE MONEY OVER THE INTERNET THE BANK ADDS A 2 EURO COST SO YOU HAVE TO TRANSFER 87 or 97€!
Payment deadline is March 11 23:59! This means that if you transfer the money over internet than you have to send it on Sunday the latest or it might not arrive in time.
